About LONA

LONA is a brand name of Bali based makeup company, consist of talented Bali makeup artists and hair stylists who are trained to achieve high standard of quality makeup and to address International demand. The team are equipped by the top-notch International brands, which are allergy & ophthalmologist tested, such as: Bobbi Brown collections, MAC collections, Makeup For Ever collections, Bare Minerals, Yves Saint Laurent, Givenchy, Anna Sui, and quality Japanese products.

Ms. Chai Ilonna and Mr. Hanny Herijanto founded LONA in April 2006, focusing in Bali wedding makeup & Bali pre wedding makeup projects. Starting from this and the words of mouth, LONA has now had high demands in International markets, such as Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, UK, USA, and other countries.

Chai Ilonna is truly passionate about makeup, starting when she was very young and liked to help her dance club friends with their makeup when they performed. Then, when her family established a photo studio, she embarked on a makeup artist career, which brought her into several freelance makeup jobs. She then taught private makeup courses before opening her own company. Now, she is a team leader and a well-known makeup artist in Bali who also performs as a makeup trainer in LONA. She received her training in Jakarta from The Puspita Martha Beauty School - certified by Cidesco International in 2003. Besides wedding and pre wedding, LONA MAKEUP also provides makeup services in Bali for commercial advertising and fashion makeup.
